Courtney Robertson and Arie Luyendyk split due to lack of privacy
Its true folks, Courtney Robertson and Arie Luyendyk, Jr. are officially over. Arie released a public statement on Jan. 3, via his Sulia account.
The two got together shortly after Courtney and “The Bachelor” 2012, Ben Flajnik, called off their engagement.
At first rumors swirled regarding how people on both sides of their lives were jealous. Despite the lack of privacy, Courtney and Arie seemed to get pretty cozy rather quickly.
Some sources stated Emily Maynard, Arie’s ex from “The Bachelorette”, was fuming when she found out. Mind you, she was still engaged to her former fiancé Jef Holm at the time.
Ben Flajnik, some sources reveal, was upset the Emily Maynard reject swooped in so quickly to “save” Courtney from her broken engagement heartbreak.
Arie Luyendyk explained in his Sulia statement:
“Just to clear the air on dating Courtney..we are longer seeing each other. I want everyone to know she got a bad rap on The Bachelor and truly is an AMAZING person but we just both wanted more private relationships. I wish her the best and I hope we’ll remain friends.”
There you have it, both Arie Luyendyk, Jr. and Courtney Robertson are 0-0 when it comes to love in “The Bachelor” world. Who do you think they will date next?
